about

From the original recording captured on the album Music in the Quiet Room, this new version of the American worship song “Let It Rain” features the a duet with the cello and the middle eastern vocals of Shai Sol as humanity's prayer for something to change.
After two of the most difficult years that our world has faced, I wanted to re-arrange this song as a heart cry for deeper hope and faith in the promise God made through the prophet Zechariah for the latter rains. I want to see music ignite greater faith and courage in these uncertain times.

lyrics

Let it rain, let it rain.
Open the floodgates of Heaven.

I feel the rains of Your Love,
I feel the winds of Your Spirit,
And now the heartbeat of Heaven,
Let us hear.
